Detailed Description

 Provide administrative support to budgeting, purchasing and inventory process of merchandize and assisting in by maintaining the filing systems and producing analysis reports for the department
 Coordinate with vendors and develop new strategies for same.
 Monitor all purchase orders and ensure delivery within timeframe.
 Monitor inventory and allocate appropriate model stock for same.
 Prepare and update spreadsheet for purchase team.
 Manage reconciliation of all complex invoices and purchase orders and ensure appropriate documents.
 Supervise and monitor all damage goods and returns by customers.
 Coordinate with internal teams and complete all sales samples.
 Accessing and printing off reports of the weekly sales and analyzing sales and stock figures
 Check and review allocations regularly, making amendments as and when necessary
 Review sales performance to ensure stock replenishment is channeled to the most appropriate stores to increase sales, increasing or slowing replenishment where necessary
 Updating sales and plans on the department forecasting system and assisting with daily figure analysis, future sales and range planning
 Monitoring and maintaining the department’s delivery schedule to ensure stock delivered from suppliers is booked in at the right time and where necessary chasing suppliers
 Escalate issues concerning supplier compliance to line manager
 Monitor and maintain sales/stock levels concerning size ratios, making recommendations
 Support the Merchandising team in meetings with Distribution, providing feedback on areas relating to deliveries, sales and department strategy
 Develop an excellent working knowledge of computer systems in order to collate and relay relevant delivery and sales performance information for the department
 Develop an understanding of stock management and how to manage markdown stock
 Arrange and complete store visits, discussing findings with Merchandiser and Distribution and reviewing results of actions taken
 Ad hoc duties
